As founder of the Cypress Companies, Mr. Cumella directs all aspects of the firm's strategic development, including property investments, acquisitions, and financing. He has spent the last 17 years focused on outpatient healthcare real estate and is frequently recognized in the industry as a key influencer and contributor.
As Managing Partner, Jason is charged with leading all ground up development including oversight of due diligence, design/engineering, entitlements and construction for all projects. His ground up development background extends over 20 years in commercial real estate. His broad experience provides a great deal of diversity in having led development for nearly $500 million in projects.
Mr. Cooper brings 32 years of experience in the financial services industry and, as a former financial professional and tax professional, provides a unique perspective to the team. He brings 20 years of capital markets experience in sales and distribution, national accounts, operations, and due diligence.
Mr. Baker has been a prominent figure in the financial services industry since 2005, specializing in capital markets across the Mountain/Central United States and the Four Corners territories. With a distinguished track record as both a financial professional and wholesaler, Steve has consistently excelled in raising capital for a variety of investment vehicles.
With over 30 years in the field, Ms. Jernigan has established herself as a leading figure in financial and investor relations, serving both private and publicly traded companies.
